Hey guys,
I'm pleased that we have a date and a place now for our dine-around in May but we really need to get into contact with restaurants around the area so we are not letting them know at the last minute. I think it would be best if we start to make contact with these restaurants this weekend in order to give them a fair amount of notice. Is anyone willing to go to certain places and tell them about our dine-around? I'll certainly help out but I think it would be best if we went as a group so we can cover more area but also make a more convincing case together. Comment if anyone from the committee is free the next few weekends to do this.

I think it would be easier if people went to restaurants by themselves. We did that the last time when we did the Dine-around. We kind of divided up the town and went to restaurants close to our houses and gave them a letter explaining what we were doing. (I can supply the letter b/c i have a copy of the old one and i can change it) I just need to know the time for the dine-around so I could put it on the letter? Please comment on this so we can see who is going to what places.
