How did the bake sale go???? I stopped by there inbetween 5th and 6th and there was still a bunch of stuff left. Thanks to anyone who baked anything and/or sold today! :)

I worked it 5th period and checked it 8th. Even though I don't know how much money we actually made, from my perspective it looked like it was successful. Having just about all of the food the color green was terrific, it really caught the eyes of everyone who walked by. It was a great idea that Katie’s informative Darfur pamphlet and the other Darfur ditto were out on the table. The reason why there was probably more food left then expected is because there was another bake sale right across from our’s that was raising money for some sort of cancer foundation. Unfortunately for us, they had the hydrogen bombs of bake sales: donuts and rice crispy treats. Once again, overall, our bake sale seemed to be successful.
The bake sale was a huge success. I was quite impressed with the amount of food that we had and I agree with Scott, it all looked terrific! I was pleasantly surprised at the end of 8th period that there was very little leftover! I've yet to count the money, but regardless of the amount made the teamwork that everyone exhibited and the presence that we had was super!
