Hey guys its Danielle. Ben and Jerry's has offered ice cream but needs a flyer, could someone upload one or give me the info on it. Also for center pieces I was thinking candles of different colors sourrounding the balloons, there really pretty and cheap. Respond back my aim is Curseofcurves567

Save Darfur Dine-Around
Date: May 2nd
Time: 7:00-10:00pm
Location: Smithtown High School West
The dinner will consist of cuisine donated by local restaurants. Guest speakers will discuss the genocide and what can be done to help.

Admission is $15 for adults and $10 for kids 12 and under. Proceeds will go to purchase solar cookers through AJC's Campaign to Protect Darfuri Refugees.

forgot to add that the candles seem like a good idea, providing that they are cheap. Also, if they are going to be lit there's a fire safety issue. I don't know if lit candles is the best. Maybe use them unlit? Just an idea...
